[English see below] Dieses Foto (anklicken zum Vergrößern) von der Markthalle Stuttgart habe ich für das Blog-Event The Farmer's Market International Parade aufgenommen, also ich voriges Wochenende dort eingekauft habe. Erbaut wurde die Stuttgarter Markthalle 1911 bis 1914 von Architekt Martin Elsaesser und zählt zu den wohl schönsten Märkten Deutschlands.
Auf 3000 Quadratmetern werden hier frisches Obst und Gemüse, exotische Lebensmittel und Spezialitäten sowie Fisch und Fleisch gehandelt. Hier kaufe ich gerne besondere Zutaten und meinen Fisch ein. An diesem Ort könnte ich mein ganzes Leben verbringen. ;-)

I took this foto (click to enlarge) of the market hall in Stuttgart (Germany) a few days ago for The Farmer's Market International Parade. The market hall was build between 1911 and 1914 by the architect Martin Elsaesser. It is one of the nicest places in Germany to buy food.
On 3000 square meters you can get fresh fruit and vegetables, exotic food and gastronomic specialties as well as fish and meat. I buy here special ingredients and the fish I need. Seriously: I could spent my hole life in this market hall. ;-)
